コロナ禍で緊急事態宣言が延長される中、経済が低迷を続けています。

弊社を含め、多くの事業者にとりまして苦難の時代であることは間違いありません。

そこで本日は、「事業者免税店制度＝Tax exemption point system for business owners」のご紹介です。

基準期間（個人事業者の場合は前々年、法人の場合は前々事業年度）の課税売上高（税抜き）が1,000万円以下の事業者は、免税事業者になります。

Business owners with taxable sales revenue (without taxes) below ¥10,000,000 during the standard period (in the case of an individual business operator, the year before the preceding year and in the case of a corporation, the year before the previous fiscal year) will be exempted from taxation.

個人事業者 ＝ individual business operator

にも

法人 ＝ corporation

にも適用される制度です。

前々年 ＝ the year before the preceding year

前々事業年度 ＝ the year before the previous fiscal year

「前々年」ということは2年前？

のようにも聞こえるのですが、くどいようでもこの表現に倣った方が無難かもしれません。
